yesterday and today are off days for me. I didn't really plan it but "stuff" happens and I'm just going to go with the flow, BUT I'm planning on being back on the liquid GNC protein shakes tomorrow for the week. At least I can control that, kind of. I didn't really eat too far off good food (had some liquid refreshments which were probably not the best, alcohol) BUT I feel great for NOT giving into the pizza temptation, that would have been a disaster. But I did have some holiday chocolates and probably a bit more nuts and other items that I tend to overdo, BUT back to that Pizza, I am proud I did not give into that. So lets not beat ourself too much and just get back into it right away rather than continue down the food overdose path. I've had to deal with some emotional stress but at least I am able to deal with it a bit better than before. SO again lets just feel good for what we can do, not stress over what we cannot and do not have control over and go on the best with can with what we have.
