Blast! I forgot to weigh in this morning and I won't be back til late Thursday night. Never mind.

Went for a lovely long windy walk with the woowoos in the afternoon, had time for 30 minutes of yoga, had a shower and washed my hair and was ready before 7pm to go skittling. Had really good fun. My first round was awful but I improved as the game went on. Met some new people too and only had 1 glass of white wine. A win in my books :)

Don't worry about not weighing. Being a slave to the scale is never what it is about. How you feel and how your clothes fit is the key. Going outside/yoga is great too. Keep up the good work. :D
