My rings on my fingers have been spinning around all day. Not sure why or how but it appears my body was eliminating a lot of water. Yep, my rings are still turning as I type. I talked with my trainer and he said I could go as low as 1,200 calories per day which should help me with weight loss. I still have a long way to go. March will be a test month so I will keep track of my energy, mood, etc. Lets see how this goes. Today, I feel great energy and don't feel deprived of anything so this is good. TOWANDA!
