Well I should say gym is probably causing this gain.. And I'm totally ok with it I guess! I have to.. Or I'd turn into that skinny fragile bag of bones which argued with folks and was so anorexic:(
I don't wanna go back and starve myself and have those fights with everyone about what I eat.
Now I'm happy an healthy and I am also exercising all the week.
If the guilt would be gone, i couldn't be happier!
50 kg Lost so far: 15 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I really appreciate that dear Amanda!!❤️ I do feel perfect and satisfied when I eat rn but sometimes I feel bad when I'm full.. I feel like I've over-ate and am heavy:( My body will get used to this much intake probably and will stop bloating.. Hope you're doin well!
