I have been maintaining a decent,dietary regimen for the most part, but recent events are setting me back just a bit for the time being. This setback can be summed up in two words: Hurricane Harvey! As a first responder, we are able to eat what we're fed when we're able. But rest assured, I will return to a decent regimen when I can.
