the last couple weeks it seems harder to exercise. The energy isn't there as much. I am on a non habbit forming Anxiety med, lose dose at night time but it shouldn't effect me all like that. I still push myself.Just feeling blah and I know on here I can get the support and understanding whereas here around me nobody gets it.

I hear you. Exercise is so important for my outlook, but sometimes it's just going through motions and feels like fruitless effort.

Thank you guys! I do a variety or workout on you tube so that I don't get bored. I really need and want heavier dumb bells. Soon as I can get them I think Maybe I will get into it more. With kids going back to school my fiance work been slow so less money. Soon as I can I'm getting those weights I want lol and it's on. In meantime it trying to dig deeper. Nobody around me gets into exercising. When I talk about how much I enjoy weights people think I'm wierd. So I basically do this on my own. My goal is to build muscle and tone. But after 4 kids and last child c section body sucks.I won't quit tho. I came this far, and maybe a another year from now I will be more time than now. I just need to keep motivated and some how get my energy back. So I come on here because this is where I get the support I need! Thank you!❤

I am an evidenced based person. And, almost eveything i do is based upon my own evidence or from studies. And, as a i lost weight and started ecercising I checked every week my blood pressure, pulse ox rates and did lipid tests. And, as they fell and fell , I became convinced this works and I ignore whether I "want" to or not. Ain't easy but I LOVE the new numbers. Ex: BP from 140's to 110's HANG IN THERE and DO IT!!!

thank you! It's not easy. I been working on myself since 2015. It's a life style change. I am more concerned now about not just my own health far as eating and exercising, but my children and my fiance. I quit smoking cigarettes 2012 or 2013 somewhere in there lol Yesterday I was very proud of myself. My finance got McDonald's for him and our daughter. I made myself my own salad when we got home and of course I told my little girl how it's Unhealthy eating that kind of stuff. She says ya just only once in a while right mommy..Lol so I think she is getting to understand it at a young age. I won't give up, just at a moment where it seems hard. We all go through this , it's matter of getting passed it and not giving up. I got a compliment not just about weight loss but that I look healthy. It was nice to hear that. Unlike comments saying what am I doing smoking crack...Those neg comments can really get to me sometimes. I work hard and yes I do eat. I chose to eat different foods. And yes I treat myself once in awhile. I'm human I like sweets lol but everything is done in moderation. Yes low BP is great! Mine is on the low good side. That's wonderful perks54 you dropped not just numbers in weight but also the BP,lipids, o2! Great job, and thank you for motivation encouragement!
