I've lost more than 75kg this blows my mind sometimes. I'm in maintenance more or less, a kilo either way is fine but I feel bloody fantastic.

Eat what you want in moderation, move your butt, eat enough calories to maintain said butt moving to prevent reactive overeating, get help to deal with emotional shit if needed. Get surgery if you need it. Don't let anyone else dictate your success, they don't have to live in your body. Diets don't work so make your own rules, life is too short and your time is too precious.
