Back to August! Printed out the month of menus for last August and will work from there - I apparently ate a lot of fun stuff and lost about 2 pounds a week, so back!
Too many pizzas with friends last month - this month for sure I am back!

Noticed that my food intake includes a lot of "no-no" snacks so I am going to set myself up with some substitutes for those days, like tomorrow on the 4th of July.

Mini-challenge: drink 80 ounces of fluids a day. Coffee, tea, water, seltzer. Also logging it.
