Well good grief! The drywallers didn't show up and neither did the contractor. I gave up a morning of golf for them. Don't you just hate it when someone is supposed to do some work for you and they don't show up?
Enough of that. My diet is going great! It6 took me 3 months to finally get serious enough to stick with it more than 3 days at a time. It is paying off too. I was beginning to think I would never get the resolve back that I had when I first started this journey in 2013. I am very proud that I have made it almost 4 years without gaining it all back. I think I have learned something!
