Well I did it. I did my fitness test for my dragon boat team. Not too bad a showing. At least I didn't embarrass myself and the family reputation. I know that my routine at Curves helped me a lot with this. I'm still sore but that's OK. I've come down a bit with my weight, but man that's been hard. I hope it stays off. Too much computer time, and not enough activity time for me. I'm hoping to loose 2 more lbs before holidays. I tried on a pair of size 10 jeans I bought after Christmas. They're still a bit tight but I'll get there. Alright. Go girl go!!
