Well, it seems to be working for you. Wouldn't try it myself as it relies too heavily, for me, on replacement shakes and meals, but each to their own 🙂

well buddy I checked it out and it is not for me.....too many rules...really....The only rule in keto is low carbs. But working for you so I congratulate you

Eating less and moving more seem to make sense. Losing more then 10% of your BW in a short period of time will also require a fantastic adaptive stage for your body in the rage of 6 to 60 months. If you can maneuver successfully through this stage then you have indeed found something to brag about. The body will take this long due to severe reduction in energy it was once accustomed to and your metabolic rate has slowed to adapt to the change. While this approach can have long term positive results it would be too difficult for me and for most people. Best of luck. PS BW-Body Weight :)
