working on getting through the week with a good diet - I have decided to get back to the routine of protein 40%, Carb 40%, fat 20% as much as I can and that takes planning ahead. Going to make some chicken broth today and freeze some roasted chicken meat for the week, maybe cook up some hard boiled eggs.

Will probably bake up some sweet potatoes too, but my oven has a broken filament so I have to use the other oven in my in-law apartment. And then also arrange to get that other oven fixed. Always something.
