Trying to eat only yogourt, fruit, vegetables, hard boiled eggs, diet cabbage soup or similar during the day & having a regular supper in the evening. Still haven't had a chocolate bar. Only allow myself two small aquares of mint milk chocolate bar & 1 square of really dark chocolate. The dark finishes me off as I hate it. Don't eat in front of the TV Trying to control the amount of bread and cookies now.
