I've really been trying to exercise this week. Walking, but at a semi fast pace. Walking 3-4 miles per day. Used Monday as a rest day. I have to admit that I feel more energized and I'm loving it! No weigh in yet but will do before long. Hoping to see some movement (hopefully downward) on the scale! I hope everyone is doing well!
