Since I started my diet I've been trying to eat less and move more. My regular meals consist of a sweet potato, an apple, a bell pepper, a boiled egg, 3 almonds. As I am a rice-lover it was kind of hard to cut it, however I gradually made my dishes with less and less amount of rice and finally I removed it completely! Instead I take carbohydrate from sweet potatoes. Still it is not so easy to spare time for working out but I make my own efforts to utilize my daily routines to exercise. One thing is I vacuum much more than before. This works well : cleaned surroundings and lessened fat!

My goal is to loose my weight by 52kg which is the initial one that I used to have 5 years ago. The recent weight of mine was 62.8kg and this morning I weighed 61.3kg.
