My goal for the past week was just to not eat any full length chocolate bars. Chunky kitkat being my favourite & will eat a minimum of two a day, but more commonly at least four. I baked muffins & cookies & didn't focus on anything else I ate. The no full size chocolate bars was the only thing I worked on. And that was very hard for me. This morning I am down more than 3lbs since last Friday morning & I immediately think I should celebrate by allowing myself one or two kitkats.
Will try to persevere again this week, with still just that focus same as this past week.
