I have a standing desk - well, it's a cardboard box on my desk and my mouse and keyboard are on there. I try to stand a couple of hours a day.

Great set up Abba! Fortunately/unfortunately I am on my feet all day at my job which has been not-so-great for my lower back. For me its the hours marking on the weekends and evenings that I need to monitor closely.
