How do you deal with dry mouth or bad mouth breath?
Mints or anything that comes from a package is not an option for me...

what about chewing mint leafs or also chewing cloves by themselves I heard that works as well.

I've found that oil pulling with coconut oil helps a lot. You can add cinnamon or peppermint extract to water, and that will help with hydration as well as breath odor.

I use an herbal breath spray.

It is a problem! Stay hydrated, carry a toothbrush in your bag, breath spray.
