I'm having some motivation problems this past week or two. There's been so much food to munch on and it's only getting worse as the holiday season approaches. It's getting harder and harder to bring myself to Curves but I'm still going 4x/week for the 11th week straight. While it is becoming habitual, I'd rather not go. I guess I'm still in the "action" part of behavior change, let along "maintenance" or "termination" stages. Maintenance takes at least 6 months, and that seems like an awfully long time to practice self control in this area but I want to continue. The rewards are worth it, especially dragon boating. I still want to get to 148 lbs by Christmas. From there, I'll re-evaluate how much further I'll go, but I've plateaued around the 154 to 151 lb point. Carry on.
