egdw's Journal, 13 Nov 11

Well...the birthday celebrations are over as is the Champs Santa Claus Parade. I can leave all that eating behind me and begin once more to concentrate on what I eat. I maintain that with the Curves diet, you are able to boost your metabolism by having some high calorie days and then drop down again to the low calorie phase while continuing to loose weight at the higher metabolism. This seems to work quite well for me (so far). I may have gained a bit this weekend, however it should be gone in a few days as long as I'm careful. No big eating days ahead as far as I can see. It's getting closer to Christmas and soon things will start to get very busy. I've decided to do very little baking this year because everyone in my house seems to be watching their weight. My goal is still to get to 148lbs by Christmas. Oh yes...I bought a size 12 pair of pants this weekend and took in a number of my tops as well. My mother-in-law made a comment about the weight I'd lost. All the hard work is beginning to pay off.
