Got weighed and measured today at Curves. My "after work" weight at Curves (vs. my "early morning before breakfast" weight) is 2 lbs more at the gym. I was officially 155 lbs. and lost a bunch of inches, mostly around my abdomen. Yeah. I met my goal of being 155lbs @ 55 by 11/11/11. On my scale at home today, before breakfast, I was 153 lbs. (This is the weight I always record on FatSecret!) My BMI dropped to 23.6 (23.3 on my home scales) and my total fat content dropped to around 32%. (Still a little high). I feel sooo much better. Went out and got a hair color with highlights and cut. I really like it. Tomorrow Ron and I will paddle to the legislature with the dragonboat team to attend Remembrance Day ceremonies. Then later, supper out at Fude with Ron and the kids. A nice birthday. I always get the day off and as I keep reminding my family... They remember important people on my birthday . My next goal is 148 lbs by Christmas.
