Lots of eating this week end (MTC with Girls night out and buffet lunch with my mom and family for Birthday) and not enough exercise!!!. (I was able to take advantage of the Sr's discount. Ha ha. Sort of scary when I think about it.) Maybe this extra eating will rev up my metabolism for the next few days and my weight will drop accordingly. I met all my goals this week. Yeah!! I'm 155 lbs @ 55 by 11/11/11. I checked an old recorded weight that I had in April 1999. Guess what?? I was 155 lbs. on Apr. 13/99 and reduced to 149 by the end of Apr. 1999. I'm now back to where I was in 1999. I can probably expect another plateau around this point. I need to continue to record everything and to exercise 4x/week. So far things are working out. I need to remember to set small achievable goals. I'm beginning to feel a lot better...except for all the eating this weekend.
