Hello Buddies! I have been away for a while, 3 months, but I am happy to report no damage has been done. I do eat a lot of salad, and my portions are a lot smaller than when I was heavy, but other than that I haven't journaled or logged in my food diary. I have missed you all and I am going to check in more often just to stay honest. The summer here has been a hot one, and we have taken several trips. McDonalds has a wonderful chicken,bacon, ranch salad and if you use Newman's Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing it is very satisfying for a quick meal while on the road.. Golf is in full swing so to speak, and I do 18 holes every Tuesday and sometimes golf again on Thursday. Bowling starts the 11 of August so that will be another activity to add to my weekly exercise. It is a scary thing to step on the scale after avoiding it for a couple of months. I think I have a handle on it now, but it took me 2 years of serious food diary entries. That doesn't mean I don't ever splurge, I do but in moderation.
