I'm meeting my goals. In talking to some of the women at Curves, I realize how lucky I am to be loosing this perimenopausal weight. It seems a lot of women really struggle with this. I'm sure the reason I'm able to do this is because I'm recording everything I'm eating, even on bad days. The discipline is really helping me. The other thing that really helps, is going to Curves right after work. There's no impulse snacking when I get home plus I'm burning calories (instead of consuming calories)!! It reduces my appetite for at least 1 hour post exercise. I will reach my goal of 155 @ 55 by 11/11/11. Yeah. No dramatic weight loss this past week. Just steady as she goes. I'm looking forward to new clothes soon, but not just yet.
