I've been reading a lot about being over 50 and exercising. I love spinning, body pump and using the elliptical machine. I have no problem with being at the gym for two hours. Yet, I'm learning that this may be causing stress on my body. I know that diet is the key to weight loss and exercise assist in maintaining a fit body. Last month I ate better and didn't workout as hard as I normally do and broke through a long standing plateau. This month I am going to stick to the eating plan and change my workout routine to shorter durations with intensive burst and adding a few more yoga classes(I'm loving two of the instructors I've tried). Change can be good...well I'll see. Be well everyone!
