I have been falling further and further off the weight-loss wagon since last weekend T-T. Chinese food, tacos, buffalo wrap, lack of exercise....
I've been given a chance to cross-train at work as a bartender, which is exciting outside of the fact that they expect me to be certified in less than a week total. Add to that the fact that I have a vacation scheduled for the next four days and you can kind of see why I've been slipping.
However, making excuses is bad. So. I am hoping to try and keep myself in check during my hiatus, and return to full diet/exercise status by next week.
