I am recording what I eat for 3 days so I can work with the nutritionist - luckily found that I can download the food journal into a pdf file so all I have to do is print it out when I go to meet him/her. First I am meeting with the friend's friend on Thursday to get the run-down on cost (I am thinking) and what to expect. Have to say, the guy is in incredible shape and apparently is over 55, so he might know what he is talking about ("It is 80% nutrition when you are losing weight").

Guy also claims that I won't be hungry if I am eating correctly. And no weird food or supplements.

Also, I have a crush on Guy, so I am hoping that will motivate me, since I don't have a boyfriend at the moment.
