Yoo hoo. I made it below the 169 lb mark. This is the place I began my journey in 2010. After several ups and downs, I'm no heavier than 6 years ago. Something to be happy about after being stuck in the 170s even with a lot of effort (but clearly the wrong effort). It would be a lot worse if I hadn't kept coming back and being motivated by the wonderful support and advice on this site. My new goal is to get back on track and to stay motivated. I'm almost a week into my new low carb eating plan. I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around high fat, but I'll keep on trucking. So here's to staying on track.

I know what you mean about the high fat. I spent 2 weeks concentrating on low fat and a little fasting - lost 6 pounds. However, when I went back to what I consider regular LCHF, I stayed the same for the next 2 weeks. I make sure I have thinks like bacon and eggs in olive oil, avacado, cream cheese, high fat yogurt, all the kinds of good fats that I happen to love. Good luck with it!
