Well, this is my first gain since I started the challenge. I am disappointed, but I know I can get back on track. In the past weeks I have been eating sensibly, exercising and recording in fatsecret. But,I believe that my slump began on Oct 12th when I was sick and stayed in my pj's all day. I was drinking lots of hot lemon and honey, and of course, not feeling like exercising. We went away for the week-end. On Tuesday we had company for supper and for B&B. Wednesday, hunting began so entertained and felt I needed to cook, bake and have dessert with all meals. Suppers were usually late as well, after the hunters came home. Therefore with all these happenings, a gained 3.1 pounds in two weeks :(

But today, :) I am getting back on track and hopefully these added pounds will come off quickly. In the future, when we go away, and especially when we have company for an extended period of time, I will cook and perhaps even bake, but I will make healthier choices for myself, and definitely eat supper at a decent time instead of waiting for the hunters to get home if they will be late. Also, I will continue to squeeze in some exercise, even though we have company - I can get them involved with some Wii fit and have some fun!
