It's nice to be over the 160 lb hump and into the 150's. I only lost 3 lbs in 1 month after all that hard work, but still it's worth it. I've had quite a few complements on my recent weight loss. I need more strength to turn down all those delicious snacks that begin to show up everywhere this time of year. This is truly very hard for me to do. I'd love to be in the 140's by Christmas. My new challenge should help with that.
