I had a great weekend! Mentally, not calorie-wise. I had to open my cottage and my friends went with me. They work like dogs. They finished my to-do list and then some. We went out to eat twice, plus one trip for ice cream. So I probably ate ok, really, because they like the same food I like and we split entrees both times we went out. And no dessert the second time.
We walked a little bit since we had their dog.
Today I will be more diligent, just because I really need to lose weight. My cousin Tim is dieting and exercising - he has lost 12 pounds already since the beginning of the year just cutting out sugar.
