Doing well. I have one day left on the mini challenge (Week 5) to reach 200 situps. They are more like crunches, but hard enough. I did 75 on my last set today. This is the final stretch and getting harder. My new challenges start tomorrow. Nothing new here but to maintain and keep up the pace. Curves really helps. Dragon boating is coming to an end--likely just 1 or 2 weeks left of this. It helps burn the calories on my way to a healthy weight. I deviated from my diet plan this weekend on Fri.--girls night out celebrating our birthdays and yesterday Chinese for supper. Writing everything down--food and exercise REALLY helps. I'm so amazed at this. I wake up wanting to record everything. It's almost addictive. Now I need to focus on getting my thesis done. This will be a very long journey but worth it in the end.
