today was a struggle. im sore as hec from yesterday workout. didn't sleep well over night so i been so tired all day. i almost didn't do my exercise. wasnt the greatest but i did it and hated every min because i was so tired and sore. however i knew if i didn't do it i was be so mad and disappointed in myself. i hope tomorrow is better day.
