So hard! I have planned my snack for later, fitting it into my calories for the day (mostly!) and no exercise today. If I get hungry I have soup. I also have watermelon juice frozen into ice cubes so I can make iced tea later also.

I have been cleaning my house (again!) now that all my kids and tenants have moved out. Now my bedroom is upstairs and I have to say, with my bad memory I have been getting a lot of exercise just getting my stuff ready for work up and down the stairs!
