im very pleased with today workout! T25, then 20 min weights, then 10 minute abs. also June starts my third month exercising five days a week!

I'm going on vacation this upcoming week, but when I get back I'm starting T25! I'm a bit nervous, I hear it's really hard! I've got one more day of 22 Minute Hard Corps!

Its tough, i modify moves and still sweat my butt off lol i don't do only that. I get bored way to easy, so i mix up my workouts. Taebo,insanity,t25,Julian Michaels, and exercise videos on you tube. Or like the other day i power walked and towards end i jogged. Dont let the workout discourage u if it seems to hard. Remember do your best at your pace. Work yourself up. You're moving and exercising and that is what counts along with your diet.
