Alright. I think I'm back on track again. Went to Curves again and I'm starting my own personal challenge of going 4 days a week now that the other challenge is finished. I feel the difference when I do that and at an average of 550 calories a session, I'd say thats pretty good. Also, went dragon boating today for that extra burn. For junk food and dessert had licorice allsorts and 1 small cookie. Otherwise, turned down fresh apple pie!!! How bad is that. But I'm on a roll. I want to be 155 lbs. when I turn 55 on 11/11/11. (my magic birthday number). Lets celebrate by loosing weight. Go girl go.
