Being Indy 500 weekend, I thought it wise to weigh in before the nachos and beer
105.2 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Been to the 500 a couple times. Ten or twelve years ago, we were near the end of the race when we heard in a calm voice over the PA,"there's a tornado on the ground west of Indianapolis, please calmly make your way to the exits at this time". I thought really, all 400,000 of us?
