fri,sat,and sun i didn't exercise. i think that i pulled muscle on my left under arm. it burns and sore. been taking ibuprofen to help the pain. not too sure if ill use my dumb bells this week for my workouts because of it. just do cardio.
still gallbladder bladder pains, but not as fequent which is good! i hope i wake up with my motivation Mon...i.dont want to fail
