Today is a good day for a good day.
And so I begin again... I'm trying to remember when I really went back to my old unhealthy lifestyle, and to be honest I never went completely back, but my slow decline began about a year ago. I've still exercised on a semi-regular basis (I have not been a complete couch potato as I had been in the past), and although I haven't been eating as healthfully as I did while living my "healthstyle", I never went back to fast food or eating whatever/whenever (or at least if I DID eat whatever/whenever - I KNEW what I was doing to myself)...but still...I started gaining...and feeling sluggish...
So today is a new day...and it might as well be a good one. Today I will weigh in. Today I will journal my thoughts and plans. Today I will do at least 10 minutes on my elliptical. Today I will eat healthy foods in healthy quantity. Today I will record the foods I eat. Today I will do the laundry, vacuum the house, and clean 2 bathrooms. Today I will listen to uplifting Christian music. Today I will listen to Pastor's sermon online.
Today is a good day for a good day.
