Wow. I recorded my measurements and weight at Curves today. My weight is down to 161--which is quite close to my scale at home. Down 3 lbs since Sept. 19 (2 weeks) on the Curves scale and that's with all the potluck meals over the last week. I now have another challenge...tomorrow is the HSC corporate supper for long term service, then Fri. its Thanksgiving at Ron's parents, and finally, Thanksgiving at my house with my family. Tim comes in on Monday for a visit on his way to Virden. No shortage of food again. This is more than at Christmas for crying out loud. I'll need lots of will power to get through this but remember..."Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels". I lost 2% of fat and .4 BMI these last 2 weeks and it's beginning to show. Yeah me!!!
