I'm sore from yesterday work out, but I pushed myself and I did 30 min this morning. I'm very proud of myself. my back is feeling better, and I'm so happy. it still bothers me. but I can actually move around more not in constant pain. I see third Dr this week to find out what is going on. we will see.

Thank you. I been trying to pump myself up to get motivated. And im seeing bone dr this week.

You are doing great, it is so hard and a daily struggle, It is not the physical part that is hard, it is the mental part and the internal arguments that you have why you can and cannot work out or what you should or should not eat. You own this, you have every right to be very proud of yourself.
