I found I don't miss cheese as much as I thought I would. I eat the skim cheese now, but only occasionally. Before I would want cheese on anything and everything. Way to go!

keep it up, I to dont eat as much cheese as I did but I found there is a taste to my food with out it. And am now looking forward to new flavours with spicys and condiments.
