tired of selecting all the different exercises,like standing.just know i stand,sit,do house and desk work,sometimes drive and shop etc...going out of town tomorrow so wont be able to do my 30 on machine but i am packing my low carb food to not have to go fast food.

Hey Rocky, did you know that you can set daily exercise defaults so that you don't have to enter the same exercises that you do all the time over and over again?
