Oh a bad day at work which left me weak to overeat and drink at work. I must put in my calories oh well here I go!

I can relate, I've had many of those lately myself. Hang in there, eventually people like us realize that it's not worth letting work related stress destroy our bodies. Best of luck to you!

Hopefully today will go better will go better, it's really hard to not let stress get to us. I too have that problem. Here's to a better day, at least it's Friday.
