Counting calories certainly starts to make it very clear why I can't lose any weight these days. I am eating 50% over my allowance!

I have been dancing a lot but not strenuously, so I don't think I am burning many calories. My endurance is up though, so I think that is good.

Settling into the work for my promotion - lost of admin stuff which I get sloppy about but I am trying to stay on top of it!

Seeing the numbers for my food entries is starting to motivate me a little - I need to plan better!
