Starting Fresh for Spring April 1 is a great place to do it! I'm still down 45.2 lbs since I started on this journey last January. And Year over year I am down 12.2 lbs. But since I stopped tracking my food and then went on a four month long binge, I have gained 24 lbs back in 4 months. So if I can gain 6 lbs a month easily then I can lose 8-10 lbs a month with hard work. My new goal date is Sept 16 and I plan to be at 154.4 lbs by mid September. I will lose 53 lbs in 166 days. Tracking and weighing starts today.
94.1 kg Lost so far: 20.6 kg.    Still to go: 26.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
