What the heck! Up 3 pounds! The only change is I've started drinking a protein shake every day. I make it with 30 calorie almond milk and keto protein powder. Eating better than when I was in Texas and up I go. So confused!
62.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.5 kg a Week

Maybe a little extra carbs? Salt? Stress? Poor sleep? Or just a normal fluctuation? Give it a few days…Likely just a “blip”. I know that I’m definitely up after this long weekend, and all of the extra things I’ve consumed…🥴
