Last few weeks have taken their toll. Not been doing well the past few days staying on plan and yesterday I did not get my workout in. I cannot wait for the holidays to be over so I can stop and get time to catch up on the business and find some real me time. That and cinching my belt and getting serious about my WOE again as I have blown it 2 days straight. :P I know nobody's perfect yada yada yada but I had been doing so well. grrrrr mad at myself.
