Beautiful! Yellow flowers are my favorite, variety doesn't matter. 🌼

I just swept and hosed down my front porch, changed out the cushions on the chairs and vacuumed the outdoor rug. Too early to do flowers. Illinois spring is ridiculous with temperatures from 70 to 35 in a matter of hours, so I know better. But days like today have me itching to get it done. 🌻🌹💐

I have daffodils popping up all over my yard! Beautiful! I think the original owners of my house spent all day, every day for about a year planting bulbs. Soon there will be irises! When i move i think i will plant bulbs too

DP, our weather has been similar here....freezing one day & balmy the next. And lots of rain! I get in the mood to start planting, too. Like you said, it's too early, so I enjoy the daffodils, lenten roses & pansies. They don't mind it gets cold.

Fritzy, you should definitely plant bulbs at your new house. I always appreciate the pops of color as Winter winds to a close after the holidays are over. There are other perennials starting to leaf out a little. Hopefully a cold snap doesn't affect them.
