Have stayed the course these past 15 days. Will finish the carnivore set on Feb 14th. Will weigh myself on the 14th. Feel better and that has made this phase -carnivore somewhat tolerable.

Hope is eternal and comforting. Today I have hope. So I shall look, see, and accept.

Most of my food problem is in my head. I love all types of food.
